3.5T Delivery Drivers Required – Days / Nights

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Pick, pack and deliver handle with care products using our in-house scanner system.

• Drive 3.5-tonne vehicles (Sprinter/Transit) – about 60–70% of your shift.

• Complete up to 10 drops per night across around 30 customer sites.

• Receive and store stock from our European Distribution Centre.

• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Full UK driving licence (min. 3 years, max. 6 points).

• Experience driving 3.5t vehicles (Sprinter/Transit).

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.

• FLT licence and knowledge of the automotive industry are a plus (not essential).

• Willing to work different shifts to cover holidays or sickness.

• Good geographical knowledge of the local area.

💰 Pay & Benefits

• Days £13.05-13.29 per hour Standard Rate - Overtime Rate £19.57

• Nights £14.68-14.93 per hour - Overtime rate £19.58-£19.94

• 40 hours per week (nightshift 42 hours)

• Quarterly bonus up to £450 after 3 months

• 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 extra day per year of service (up to 5 years)

• Pension plan with up to 8% employer contribution (after 3 months)
